Yes. Our platform tracks professional development credits earned through your organization's workshops, conferences, webinars, and courses. Members can view their PD transcript showing credits earned from your programs, organized by credit type (CME, CLE, CPE, PDH, etc.).
Comprehensive PD tracking: We can import PD records from external sources into member profiles to consolidate all professional development data in one place. This includes initial migration when you switch to i4a, plus periodic updates as needed to add external PD credits members earn outside your organization. Import is performed by our team to ensure data integrity and is billed at our hourly support rate.
Important: We do not manage external certifications issued by licensing boards or automatically sync with other CE systems in real-time.
Most education organizations are live within 60-90 days from contract signing. Within one business day of signing up, you'll receive access to a development site and a detailed step-by-step onboarding checklist to work with.
Our team guides you through the initial setup including member data migration, payment gateway configuration, website design, and email template creation.
