What Is i4a, and What Does It Cost an Education Association in 2026?

The price is set by the number of staff users, not by how many members you have, so it suits a small staff serving a large membership.
It handles membership and automated renewals, conference and workshop registration, professional development credits on each member record, email, a searchable member directory, a self-service member portal and your website, all in one system with one member database.
2026 pricing: Core is $99 a month for one staff user, $198 for two and $245 for the five-user plan ($2,935 a year, billed annually). Pro starts at $224 a month. Every plan includes unlimited members and contacts, with no platform per-transaction fees. There is a one-time $1,500 setup fee, and monthly plans run on an annual contract.
In dollars: an education association with one staff user pays $2,688 in its first year ($1,188 in subscription plus the $1,500 setup fee) and $1,188 a year after that, whatever the size of its membership.

Yes. Our platform tracks professional development credits earned through your organization's workshops, conferences, webinars, and courses. Members can view their PD transcript showing credits earned from your programs, organized by credit type (CME, CLE, CPE, PDH, etc.).
Comprehensive PD tracking: We can import PD records from external sources into member profiles to consolidate all professional development data in one place. This includes initial migration when you switch to i4a, plus periodic updates as needed to add external PD credits members earn outside your organization. Import is performed by our team to ensure data integrity and is billed at our hourly support rate.
Important: We do not manage external certifications issued by licensing boards or automatically sync with other CE systems in real-time.
