Your cost depends on:
- Plan type: Core Platform or Pro Platform.
- Team size: Number of staff users.
Special pricing for 5+ users — save over $3,000/year.
Annual plan pricing
- 1–2 users: From $99/month per user (Core) or $224/month per user (Pro), billed monthly.
- 5+ users: From $2,935/year (Core) or $4,435/year (Pro), billed annually.
One-time setup fee
$1,500 — Includes 15 hours of onboarding support (training + implementation), guided wizards, and standard data migration.
Optional one-time services
- Email Deliverability (DKIM): $250 — helps emails land in inboxes, not spam.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) setup: $250 per platform — connects your i4a login to other systems (OAuth 2.0).
What doesn't change your price
Number of members, number of contacts, email volume, event registrations, or transaction volume. You can grow without paying more for the software.

A staff user is anyone on your team who logs in to manage your platform. This includes:
- Membership manager or director
- Event coordinator
- Chapter administrator
- Marketing or communications staff
- Executive director or office manager
- Anyone who needs access to update member records, create events, send emails, or manage your website
Your members do NOT count as staff users. Members use the self-service portal to update profiles, register for events, and renew memberships. No staff login needed.
There's a one-time $1,500 setup fee that covers everything you need to launch successfully:
- 15 hours of onboarding support — personalized training and implementation guidance
- Data import wizard & video tutorials — step-by-step tools to import your member data from Excel/CSV or common platforms
- Guided setup checklist — step-by-step roadmap to configure your platform and go live

We require annual contracts, which provides our best pricing. Contracts renew annually. You can cancel at the end of any contract year. We earn your business every year by delivering value.
Our pricing is already designed to be affordable for associations and non-profits—that's our entire customer base. Unlike competitors who charge per-member fees that punish growth, our flat-rate pricing means you pay the same whether you have 500 or 50,000 members.
For organizations with 5+ staff users, our annual plans offer significant savings (over $3,000/year compared to individual seat pricing). This is the best discount we offer and is available to all organizations.
We don't offer additional non-profit discounts beyond our standard pricing because our rates are already structured to serve mission-driven organizations affordably. Many competitors advertise "non-profit discounts" on top of inflated base prices—we'd rather just give you fair pricing from the start.
Many associations do this to avoid per-contact fees: keep only active members in their AMS, and use MailChimp® or Constant Contact® for lapsed members and prospects. This seems cheaper but creates expensive problems:
- Manual data syncing: 5-10 hours/week copying new members, updates, and lapses between systems
