• Content Builder: Accordion block — A stack of titled panels that open and close when clicked, for FAQs, long policies, and anything you want kept short until someone asks. Up to ten panels, each with its own title and formatted content, including images. Choose whether the first panel opens when the page loads and whether more than one panel can be open at a time. Title bar, panel body, and border colors come from your Saved Color Library.
• Content Builder: Slideshow block — An image slideshow inside page content, with slides that dissolve from one to the next. Up to ten slides, each with a caption, a link, and alt text. Rotate automatically at the interval you set, pause while the mouse is over it, and turn arrows, dot indicators, and caption bars on or off. Set a fixed height to crop mixed-shape images to match, or let each slide use its own height. Works in any column, including a sidebar for rotating sponsor logos.
• Content Builder: Feature Cards block — The row of picture or icon cards on the home page of most pre-designed themes, now built by you. Two to six cards, each with an image, a title, a short text, and an optional link that makes the whole card clickable. Choose two, three, or four cards per row; tablets and phones adjust on their own. Pick photo-style or icon-style cards, and an accent bar that uses your Brand Kit color. A card can carry its own background color, and its text switches to light or dark to stay readable. All three new blocks work on classic responsive themes and Theme Manager themes with no setup, and each can be saved as a Component and reused on other pages.

Released August 2026 (Invoices & Receipts: August 25)

• Invoices & Receipts module — Every order confirmation now links to a dedicated invoice or receipt that the recipient can view online, print, or download as a PDF, with no login required. The document shows as an Invoice while a balance is due and becomes a Receipt once paid, so the same link always shows the current status. Covers membership applications and renewals, meeting registrations, store orders, eCommerce-enabled forms, certification applications, and job board postings. Links can be forwarded to an employer or accounting department. Staff manage documents, letterhead, and email defaults from one place under Receivables. Clients on the 8am AffiniPay gateway get a Pay Online button on unpaid invoices.
• NetSuite sync — Each day's transactions now post into NetSuite automatically as balanced journal entries mapped to your chart of accounts — a one-way sync built and maintained by i4a, configured per organization against your actual GL structure. No manual export, no re-keying.

• Show password while typing — Every password field on member-facing pages now has an eye icon that shows or hides what the member is typing: login, the sign-in widget, password reset, change password, and membership applications. Members can catch a typo before they submit, which means fewer lockouts and fewer reset requests landing on your staff. Works with screen readers and needs no setup.

• Scout understands plain questions — Scout, the support assistant in the admin interface, now works conversationally: ask in your own words, ask follow-ups, and get step-by-step guidance, page summaries, and links to the right Help Center documentation, without needing to know what a feature is called.

• QuickBooks Online export — Accounting transactions can now be exported for import into QuickBooks Online using Transaction Pro Importer (Online Edition), covering invoices, receipts, and credits. The payments export also gained an InvoiceApplyTo field for both Desktop and Online editions, so payments apply to existing invoices automatically on import.
• TLS/SSL certificate management — An optional program where i4a obtains, installs, renews, and monitors your site's TLS/SSL certificate automatically, so certificates never lapse and there's nothing to track or renew by hand.

• i4AI Studio — A suite of AI tools inside the admin interface: TextCraft writes and rewrites content, ImageCraft creates and edits images, and DataAnalyze summarizes and charts CSV data. Offered as a per-seat add-on.
• Meetings reports section — Meeting reporting now has its own Reports section, modeled on Membership reports, gathering the attendee roster, question reports, group registrations, contacts not registered, and custom reports in one place.
• Meeting Revenue Report — A financial snapshot of each meeting: gross and net revenue, balances due, membership joins and renewals that came with a registration, and a graph of registration and cancellation trends, with breakdowns by event, tier, and price, and a print option.
• Coupon usage views in Report Builder — Three new views list the meeting registrations, membership applications and renewals, and store orders that used a coupon, with the code, discount amount, and GL account, so you can see what discounts are doing to revenue.
• Content Builder buttons link to files — A button block can now link directly to an uploaded file, such as a brochure or agenda, as well as to a page, email, or phone number.

• Page access by member and contact type — The Existing Accounts option in Content Manager can now be limited to specific member or contact types, so a page can stay open to, say, chapter-assigned users even after their membership expires.
• Brand colors in every editor — Colors defined under Saved Colors now appear as the palette in every HTML editor and in Email Campaign Manager, so staff pick from approved brand colors instead of the default swatches.
• New email recipient lists — Email Campaign Manager adds three audiences: non-members, non-members plus expired members including the grace period, and non-members plus expired members excluding it. Image blocks can also be aligned left, center, or right.
• Configurable meeting registration forms — Registration forms can now relabel the standard contact fields and choose which to show and require, the same way membership applications can, from the renamed Form Fields & Labels tab.
• Instagram — Instagram handles can be collected on user and organization profiles, shown as icons in directories, and added to a site theme with a new widget.

• Recover credit card processing fees — Clients on the 8am AffiniPay gateway can pass credit card and eCheck processing fees to the payer at checkout, choosing which areas apply the surcharge (applications and renewals, store, meetings, Career Hub, forms, certifications, staff-entered payments, and account balance payments), with a minimum-charge threshold and GL and class codes for accounting. Availability depends on state surcharging rules.

• Content Builder, the drag-and-drop page editor — Build and update pages by adding rows and dragging in blocks for headings, text, images, buttons, video, HTML, spacers, and dividers, with no coding. Pages match the site theme and adjust to any screen. Save reusable blocks, rows, and full-page templates; preview before publishing. Existing pages can be reset to Content Builder as a draft while the live page stays up. Requires a responsive Theme Manager theme; the classic editor remains available.
• Reminders at the top of the welcome page — The Reminders box on the member welcome page now sits directly under the welcome text at full width.

• Successor member types — A member type can name the type members move to next, so a student member renewing after graduation is sent to the right renewal form and updated to the new type on submission, without staff intervention.
• Printable membership cards from the profile — Members whose type has a membership card can print it from the Membership section of their own profile.
• Balance detail on the Summary tab — User and organization summaries now show unapplied debits, unapplied credits, and the ending balance, instead of the ending balance alone.
• Application review in Change History — Confirming or declining a new membership application now writes a Change History record on the member, with the date and the staff account.
• More than one guest event per registration form — Meeting registration forms now allow multiple Guest Registration events.
• Communities updates — Choose where the Who's Online block appears, or hide it; settings split across two tabs; a new default keeps profile and Communities email addresses in sync; admins subscribed to restricted forums now receive reply notifications.
• Organization custom fields in exports — Exports from Manage Organizations now include the organization custom fields.

• Dues installment payments — Member types can offer monthly installments over the membership term for new applications and renewals, with an optional service fee and, if you allow it, automatic renewal by installment. A new Installments module under Receivables tracks each plan and lets staff resubmit a scheduled payment. Requires the 8am AffiniPay gateway with stored payment methods.
• Hold applications for review by member type — Applications can be held for staff review based on the member type selected, rather than all or none.
• Lifetime member type — A member type can be set as Lifetime, which gives joining members an expiration date 100 years out.

• Setup wizards refreshed — The SSL Certificate, Defaults, eCommerce, and General Ledger wizards were redone to match the new Contact Import Wizard.
• Staff permissions: restrict export and restrict add — Restricted staff accounts can be blocked from exporting from Manage Users and Manage Organizations, and any staff account can be blocked from manually adding records there.

• Cap on individuals per member organization — In the organization model, a member type can limit how many individuals are attached to a member organization.
• Email Campaign Manager — Archived campaigns are kept for two years instead of one, and the Meeting Non-registrants list can be narrowed by member and contact type.
• Custom text in registration confirmation subjects — Add your own text ahead of the meeting and registrant name in the confirmation email subject line.
• Contact Import Wizard rebuilt — A new interface, more standard fields to map to, and clearer messages that say what is wrong and where when a file fails validation. CSV is the supported format.

• WebP images — Theme Manager and Manage Files accept WebP alongside SVG, JPG, GIF, and PNG.

• Download all form uploads — Forms that collect files can hand back every uploaded file as a single zip from the form report.
• Email validation before storing a payment method — Public (non-member) accounts must validate their email address before saving a payment method to their profile.
• Larger Excel exports — Grid exports to Excel now allow up to 65,000 records, up from 10,000.
• Self-hosted fonts — Upload font files to Manage Files and call them from the theme stylesheets, instead of loading them from a third-party font service.

• Deleted jobs and resumes are kept — Career Hub keeps deleted jobs and resumes with a deleted status so an admin can reactivate them; the transaction history is unaffected.
